Full Paper Submission Instructions

Paper Length
- Full papers should be 4–6 A4 pages, including references.
Formatting & Templates
- Papers must be prepared using the official conference templates:
  - Word: Two-column A4 format (210 × 297 mm).
  - LaTeX2e: The LaTeX2e macropackage, provided in a compressed ZIP format.
Submission Platform
- Papers should be submitted via the SAGA submission system as a PDF file.
- A guide for preparing a camera-ready PDF file can be found here.
Review Process
- All submitted papers will undergo peer review.
- Authors will be notified of any required revisions.
- The final revised paper must be submitted along with the Publication Rights Form.
Publication
- Accepted papers will be published in MATEC Web of Conferences, indexed in Web of Science and other leading databases.
- Only papers presented at the conference—either as an oral or poster presentation—will be included in the final publication.
- Selected high-quality papers will be considered for publication in relevant EI or SCI indexed journals:
  - International Journal of Metrology and Quality Engineering (IJMQE) (EI indexed)
  - The European Physical Journal Applied Physics (EPJ AP) (EI/SCI indexed)
