To make your visit as convenient and comfortable as possible, we have arranged and recommended several accommodation options close to Brunel University London (BUL), where the MAIQS 2025 conference is held.

1. On-Campus Accommodation: En-suite Single Rooms in Student Halls

We have secured a block of en-suite single rooms in the student halls on the Brunel campus, exclusively for MAIQS 2025 participants.

• Rate: £47 per night (includes bed and breakfast)
• Facilities: Private bathroom, Wi-Fi, and access to on-campus dining and amenities
• Booking: You can reserve your campus accommodation directly through the conference registration form by indicating your check-in and check-out dates and number of nights.
• Payment: Room booking can be paid at the same time as your registration.

This option provides excellent value and the convenience of staying right on campus.

 

2. Lancaster Hotel (On Campus)

A limited number of double rooms are available at the Lancaster Hotel, which is also located on the BUL campus.

• Rate: £100 per night (room only) for up to 2 adults and 2 children
• Booking: Please contact the conference team at contact@maiqs2025.org to check availability and make a reservation.
• Note: Early booking is recommended due to limited availability.

 

3. Premier Inn London Uxbridge

The Premier Inn London Uxbridge is a well-rated hotel in Uxbridge town centre, just:

• 1.2 miles from Brunel University London
• 2 minutes’ walk from Uxbridge Underground Station (Metropolitan and Piccadilly Lines)
  This hotel offers modern, comfortable rooms and convenient access to local shops and restaurants.

 

4. The Red Lion Hotel

A historic inn with contemporary amenities, the Red Lion Hotel is:

• 0.6 miles from Brunel University
• 1.3 miles from Uxbridge Underground Station
  It provides easy access to the campus and a charming, traditional British setting for your stay.
