Uploading during the talk is not allowed.<\/h5><\/li><li class=\"MsoNormal\"><h5>Presenters must arrive in their session room at least 10 minutes before the session begins to check in with the Session Chair and ensure their presentation is ready.<\/h5><\/li><li class=\"MsoNormal\"><h5>Each session room will be equipped with a projector and a computer running Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat Reader.<\/h5><\/li><li class=\"MsoNormal\"><h5>If the presentation includes videos or animations, these should be embedded in the file. Presenters must mount their posters on the correct numbered board as listed in the PDF programme.<\/h5><\/li><li class=\"MsoNormal\"><h5>Pins will be provided in the poster area.
